If I could rate my experience with 100 stars, I would. I met Wanis during the most difficult time of my life, after my mother passed away, and I was drowning in stress and completely overwhelmed. Originally, I was working with an acquaintance to try and sell the house, but after meeting with Wanis, I knew I would rather put my future in his hands. I’d never dealt with any part of the estate process before, and had no clue what I needed to do next.Wanis had the patience of a saint dealing with all of my concerns and questions, and he explained every part of the process to me in a way I could understand. Our situation was fairly complicated involving other family members, multiple mortgages, and the home needed a complete remodel. Wanis worked with a contractor he had completed projects with previously, and I was amazed with the transformation that was made to the home! My mother would have loved it, and she would have been proud of my choice to work with Wanis. You won’t find a more dedicated and caring relationship estate broker ANYWHERE!!!
