If I could rate my experience with 100 stars, I would. I met Wanis during the most difficult time of my life, after my mother passed away, and I was drowning in stress and completely overwhelmed. Originally, I was working with an acquaintance to try and sell the house, but after meeting with Wanis, I knew I would rather put my future in his hands. I’d never dealt with any part of the estate process before, and had no clue what I needed to do next.Wanis had the patience of a saint dealing with all of my concerns and questions, and he explained every part of the process to me in a way I could understand. Our situation was fairly complicated involving other family members, multiple mortgages, and the home needed a complete remodel. Wanis worked with a contractor he had completed projects with previously, and I was amazed with the transformation that was made to the home! My mother would have loved it, and she would have been proud of my choice to work with Wanis. You won’t find a more dedicated and caring relationship estate broker ANYWHERE!!! Very knowledgeable in the things one would want to know when buying a house. You will get the information you need even if you dont ask the question.He will let you know if a certain property is not going to suit you or your needs in future.

As a retired general contractor and having recently sold our home in Tucson it was refreshing and appreciated that Wanis listened to our specific concerns and showed us houses that met that criteria. He did not waste our time showing us houses out of our budget or contrary to our area request or requirements. He also navigated a complicated closing for us given some unique legal issues and the county recording software crashing. He is really customer service kind of guy. I recommend him highly.
